We had a family room as went to watch the Lionesses with a 6yr old. Room was off the main street so nice and quiet for her to be able to get to sleep. Just what we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Perfect to be able to walk or easy access to anywhere we could fit in on our trip. However, what made it was the staff. Every single member of staff we had any dealings with were absolutely amazing from start to finish. All so kind, chatty, pleasant, a really nice breath of fresh air. Couldn't fault the place at all. Happy to recommend this hotel. Will defo book here again for the next trip to London.
Great location for the hotel. Didn't have to wait outside the door and checking was don't quickly, which is appreciated after arriving at Euston station close to midnight. Staff were helpful with directions in the area as well.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly exceptional, and I have to give special praise to Spiros — he was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, he made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Being right next to the metro station made it incredibly easy to get around the city. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and definitely worth the price. Nothing overly fancy, but exactly what you need for a pleasant and affordable stay. Overall, hotel is recommended — especially thanks to the great service and perfect location!
Couldn't fault it. It's exactly what we needed. A cheapish hotel that gave us a good hub to travel from around the city. Very close to Euston Station so was perfect for that. Quiet at night with comfy beds and clean rooms.
Very comfortable for what is a fairly basic hotel. We had a superior room on 2nd floor facing the rear so was quiet and warm. What little interactions we had with the staff were always fine with our needs being promptly and pleasantly dealt with. The location is ideal if traveling to Euston which between it and Kings Cross (5 minutes away) allows access to most Underground lines.
Really handy for us this weekend, slap bang next the Euston on a night out when all you need is a bed Rooms clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful Good value Only thing I can think of that would be good would be having the bar open a bit earlier for anyone waiting to check in or with work to do prior to check in
We stayed one night in October. Close by for Taxis, Buses, Bloomsbury Theatre and Euston Station. Room was a little worn but clean and acceptable. We paid for breakfast the next morning. This was 10/10 something for everyone. TV to watch the news. Nice atmosphere.
